Cartridge & Cell Phone Recycling

Funding Factory - Our school is asking for your participation in our fundraising recycling program. It is estimated that over 275,000,000 empty inkjet cartridges ended up in our landfalls last year. The plastic used in a typical cartridge is industrial grade and takes at least 10 centuries to decompose. The money that can be raised from these wasted materials is in the millions and could generate ardently needed funds for materials and programs to help improve the quality of education. If you use an inkjet printer at home or at work please remember to place your empty inkjet cartridge in a zip lock bag to be turned in at our school. With your help, our school can generate money for our technology program while helping to preserve our environment. Please encourage family, friends and neighbors to participate in our school cartridge-recycling program.
